The company's administration staff are located in its purpose built office in the centre of Birmingham.

All property maintenance enquiries are routed via the Company's property manager. All property management and maintenance are carried out in-house to ensure that all properties receive professional supervision and are maintained to a high standard.

A.H.Field employs a qualified team who work closely together to ensure that any problems encountered by tenants are dealt with promptly and efficiently. All repairs, maintenance and improvements of A.H.Field Properties are carried out by the property team which includes qualified plumbers, carpenters, electricians and decorators.
